12 walkers started from Newbridge Park & Ride, walking along the River Avon, via Bath Marina, Locksbrook and Weston Island towards Twerton. The walk through Carswood was enhanced by trees beginning to look green and areas of beautiful white blossom. We enjoyed a coffee at Bath Mill and sat next to the brook at the bottom of the valley. From there we went uphill to Newton St Loe, through the village and then headed down through the field towards The Globe. The final stretch back to The Boathouse was along the river. All the paths were lovely and dry.
Lovely walk and the Mill was an unexpected bonus.
