Amblers: Stoke St. Michael – 5 miles

Stoke St. Michael is a village and civil parish on the Mendip Hills 4 miles north-east of Shepton Mallet, and 8 miles west of Frome, in Somerset. The walk follows woodland paths and fields alongside the Mells stream. The route passes St Dunstan’s Well, a Site of Special Scientific Interest that was once thought to be holy well. The walk returns through a wooded valley back to the start.
