Long Walkers: Frome Valley – 11 miles

The Frome Valley referred to here is nowhere near the town of Frome, so if you turn up there, you’ll be disappointed and a very long way from where the walk is taking place. This part of the Frome Valley Walkway goes through Yate, Frampton Cotterell and Winterbourne. As well as this, we also pass through Kendleshire Golf Course (and its lakes), skirt round part of the Dramway and walk along the famous Road to Nowhere in Yate (also known as a filming location for car accidents and the like in Casualty a while back)
