Long Walkers: Priston and Timsbury – 9 miles

Starting and ending in the Somerset village of Priston, this walk circles around Timsbury without entering the village. It also skirts around the edges of Farmborough, High Littleton, Paulton and Camerton and passes through Tunley. Part of the route follows the Limestone Link, which includes sections of a dismantled railway, the Cam Brook and the remains of a canal.

Both the canal and the railway previously served the Somerset coalfield, and the railway was the one that featured in the film The Titfield Thunderbolt.
