Social: The Poisonous Plants of Agatha Christie

Due to the long-term illness of our original speaker for this evening, we have arranged a different speaker and topic.

Dave Hallett will talk about Agatha Christie’s early life and how she trained in apothecary and learnt about poisonous plants which grew in her garden and the open countryside. These plants were used in her novels to explain the deaths of those murdered.
