For February, we had fantastic weather, though a bit blustery at times. We set out from the church at Doynton, followed the path around and through Wick Quarry and Golden Valley up to Wick Rocks, where we had a spectacular view of the lakes. From there we went across country to Pucklechurch, then joined Monarch’s Way just south of the motorway, where we followed it all the way back to the church in Doynton.
