The main feature of the walk are the Litton Reservoirs, which are relative small as reservoirs go, but are nevertheless quite picturesque. We cover quite varied terrain, including woodland and hills with good views of the surrounding area. As well as the village of Litton, we also pass through the village of East Harptree.
This walk is steeped in industrial heritage, taking in the southern part of the Dramway as well Willsbridge Mill and Londonderry Wharf. Although this area has reverted to scenic countryside, it was one a hive of activity of various different kinds.
This walk centres itself around the historic village of Nunney. Nunney is most famous for its medieval castle.
